All applications submitted by our internal department go through a thorough review process to make sure there won't be a denial. In some cases, if all information on the application is not answered correctly or not disclosed we will not be able to promise a high chance of approval.

Once you have submitted your application. It can take up to 48-72 hours for a team member to reach out to you to start the process. To check the status of your application please call 18062165039.

Once the process has started and we have located a property. We can get approvals back in less than 48 hours in some cases! (Make sure to state on your application if you need an immediate move-in.
